Anurag Kashyap is currently in a phase of life where he seems the happiest and he admits that rightfully so. He was never a very serious man to talk to but somewhat because his films are extremely dark and deal with lots of issues and prejudices, therefore, everyone had a vision about his outlook. Also, today is the right time to reveal his amazingly cute story on his birthday.
So, regularly we see people who have to earn bread and butter and therefore, have to go to office. In case of Anurag, it is not the case. He loves working from home and his job is such that he can work at home or he is in the shoot. So, you will be stunned to know what made him rush to the office everyday.
While talking about Vikas Bahl and his relationship, Anurag rather slipped another cute story of his where he said, “The subject of me working separately was all bull talk. I have worked from home for 25 years, even when we set up Phantom. Yes, Vikas and I don’t work on the same projects and we work from different premises. But everyone knows maine 25 saal se ghar ko office bana rakha hai. I work from a room and I am the happiest doing that.”
Then the ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ director revealed “I had started going to office for a very silly reason. I had a massive crush on Shubhra Shetty (Kashyap’s girlfriend) and the office staff used her as a bait to get me to work. People don’t know anything and yet they talk like they know it all. You know, I love the way Vidhu Vinod Chopra works. He doesn’t come out of his house and I don’t like coming out of my house either.”
Now won’t you go aww after this?
Also, Happy Birthday Mr. Kashyap.
