India celebrates Teachers' Day on September 5 and so are the Bollywood stars celebrating on the day. This day is marked as the birth anniversary of the second Prime Minister of India, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. He once requested that “Instead of celebrating my birthday, it would be my proud privilege if September 5 is observed as Teachers’ Day.” Till that time, his birthday is celebrated as Teachers’ Day.
