Karan Johar is the multi-faceted talent who the entire Bollywood industry is familiar with. Karan Johar who has helmed films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and My Name is Khan with Shah Rukh Khan, his favourite actor is not this superstar but the young superstar. In Karan’s interview with Man's World magazine, the Director revealed his all-time favourite actor in Bollywood.
Karan spoke in the interview, "My all-time favourite actor will be Ranbir (Kapoor) because he’s just phenomenal.” Karan Johar directed Ranbir starrer ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ but produced a lot many films like ‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ directed by Ayan Mukherjee. Next, the K3G director is yet again producing Ranbir’s next, ‘Brahmastra’.
The director further spoke, "I’m excited to have worked with him, I’m excited to work with him for ‘Brahmastra’. I would say Kiara Advani is a girl that I’ve discovered as an amazing acting resource. I really think that Ishaan Khatter is very talented. I’m really excited to see how Janhvi [Kapoor] and Sara [Ali Khan]’s careers unfold."
When asked about the most asked question to Mr. Johar about being the flagbearer of nepotism, he said, "I always say that nepotism exists in Bollywood like it does in many industries. Yes, it gives you access and it gives you the privilege of your first opportunity, but if you fall or fail, you will be out."
