The answer to that is yes and it has been confirmed by the esteemed Film Director, Vishal Bhardwaj.
Vishal Bharadwaj who is ready with his next venture after ‘Patakha’ confirmed his collaboration with Priyanka Chopra again. During a media interaction for Balma song launch yesterday, he mentioned that he will be working with Priyanka Chopra in his next film. Bhardwaj said, “Priyanka (also) wants to work with me. And we are working with each other. Hopefully, we will start the film next year.”
Earlier PC and Vishal Bhardwaj have collaborated in two movies - Kaminey and Saat Khoon Maaf. Now, the next for both these talent would be another Shakespeare literature. Vishal Bhardwaj is known for his love for Shakespeare’s literature. He had previously made many movies based on Shakespeare’s book and this time, it is Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night.
The director also shared during the interaction that they have met 3-4 times to discuss the project. The director-actor duo has a great rapport with each other and both their collaborations, ‘Kaminey’ and ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’ garnered commercial and critical acclaim both. The amazing times are coming up next it seems.
For now, Vishal Bhardwaj is busy promoting his upcoming movie ‘Pataakha’. Yesterday the director promoted the song, Balma from the film. The movie by Bhardwaj is based on a true story of real life sisters where they are their biggest enemies. Starring Radhika Madan, Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover, the trailer has already garnered lot of love from the audience.
The film will release on September 28, 2018 which means this will clash with Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma’s Sui Dhaaga: Made in India. Hopefully both movies do extremely well at the box office.
