Manoj Bajpayee is an actor who has become famous by playing dark roles in the Bollywood industry. The veteran actor has recently played the role of a deputy inspector in Baaghi 2 and will be again seen as a police officer role in John Abraham’s next, Satyameva Jayate.
In a recent interview with DNA, Bajpayee says that he did Satyameva Jayate for producer Nikkhil Advani and the film has also proved to be a nice 'break' for him with all its grueling, action-heavy sequences. Manoj Bajpayee had also played the role of Police in the 1999 crime thriller Shool which is his one of the best roles. On playing the same character multiple times, Manoj says that it doesn’t bother him as he thinks every character is different.
Now, with the web series being a whole new medium the budding actors have a chance to show their talent to viewers. On this Bajpayee says the actors of the younger generation have more things to look forward to. "That’s what I tell Rajkummar Rao, and it goes for Vicky Kaushal too, that they are here at the right time and the right age. I tell Rajkummar, ‘Hamari mehnat ka phal aap ko mil raha hai(you are reaping the benefits of what we sowed)’ and he agrees with me," he tells the publication.
