Singer Chinmayi Sripaada have taken the tough task to expose all the sexual predators from South movie industry as a part of #MeToo campaign. Till now she has exposed some of the big names in the industry starting with B M Sundaram, Pappu Venugopal Rao, Sunil Kothari, Lokanatha Sarma, T N Seshagopalan, Sasikiran, Ravikiran and Vairamuthu. Now the singer has accused Raghu Dixit of sexual misconduct following an anonymous women on Twitter.
The anonymous Twitter wrote about the incidence, “He pulled me closer and asked me to give him a kiss when he was signing my cheque… Later at the door he tried to carry me and I ran down crying… He is a creep. He is obnoxious and I know many girls who have undergone worse with him”.

Raghu Dixit have now issued an apology for the incident that happened. A day after being accused, the singer wrote on twitter and apologized stating, “I know who the person in question is and I have apologized to her in the past and apart from this public apology, will do so again privately. The incident did happen but not entirely like it was described. It was completely silly misjudgement on my part. I gave a person a hug and that led me to try to kiss her before she stopped me and left from the studio”. Here is the entire tweet:
