Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is undergoing a medical treatment in the US. We hope that he will get well soon and get back to work with full spirit and enthusiasm. Some of the pictures of him with Nitu Kapoor, Sonali Bendre, and Priyanka Chopra went viral on the internet when they went to see him, however, Rishi Kapoor’s new look with grey hair has left the netizens and fans with a question on why he is having grey hair and that is quite apt. The actor is looking quite handsome and now he has also revealed the reason behind this look.
The reason behind his grey hair is nothing but one of his upcoming untitled film.
Rishi Kapoor answered the questions of fans with a tweet on Tuesday night and wrote, "This is to dispel all notions and wrong speculations of my hair turning grey/white overnight. My hair was dyed by Avan Contractor for a film produced by Honey Trehan and Sony pictures directed by Hitesh Bhatia. The film is untitled. Trust this clears the air."
While he is trying to recover as soon as possible, Rishi Kapoor took out time to hang out with Anupam Kher. Rishi Kapoor shared a video on Twitter while with Anupam Kher and wrote, “New York,Manhattan. “Kher-free” or is it “Care-free”on Madison Avenue with colleague and old friend Anupam Kher this afternoon!”
He also shared a picture of the final look of the character and wrote: "This is the final look of the film. Sharma ji. All grey! Will revert to original hair colour soon."
Rishi Kapoor is in deep sorrow as he lost his mother Krishna Raj Kapoor and was also unable to attend her last rites which made speculate that he is suffering from a major problem. There was also news that he is battling cancer, however, his brother Randhir Kapoor rubbished such rumours. Rishi shared a note for his fans to let them know about his whereabouts and also asked them not to worry. "Hello, all! I am taking a short leave of absence from work to go to America for some medical treatment. I urge my well-wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. It's been 45 years 'plus' of wear and tear at the movies. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!" he said.
On the work front, Rishi Kapoor was last seen on screen in a cameo on Nandita Das' directorial "Manto".
